Easter Egger Chickens are a hardy breed and prolific egg layers. As an added bonus, their eggs are various colors eggs: blue, green, brown, cream, and sometimes even pink!
 
Originating in Chile, Easter Egger Chickens were originally discovered by Araucana Indians, namesake of the Araucana breed of chicken. The hybrid Easter Egger is similar to the Araucana and Ameraucana chicken. They should have full beards under their beaks, opposed to just a tuft, and have a tail instead of being rumpless.
